Our Build Process

Step 1

Site Evaluation & Design

Survey, soils review, and drainage concept. Layout drawings, base system recommendation, preliminary budget.

Step 2

Excavation & Grading

Subgrade prep and compaction. Precise slopes (~1% where appropriate) for drainage without impacting ball behavior.

Step 3

Base Installation

Engineered base (compacted aggregate) or post-tension concrete with post-tension concrete with tolerancestolerances verified.

Step 4

Surface System

Multi-coat acrylic or cushioned system with UV-stable color coats tuned for speed and comfort.

Step 5

Lines, Equipment & Perimeter

Regulation line painting; net posts & hardware; fencing, windscreens; LED lighting options.

Step 6

Quality Control, Turnover & Care

Final inspection, punchlist, owner walk-through, maintenance guidance, and warranty documents.
